Subscription & Fees

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected tier. Bullion trading modules may incur additional transaction-based fees.

Use of Services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

Intellectual Property

KariluxOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KreupAI Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KreupAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
